I visited Scotland with 22 fellow Outlander Fans! (family/friends, clients & some new clients).  We learned all about the Clans and visited five castles.  I found it very interesting.  My favorite was Culloden Battlefield and seeing the Clan Frasier Stone :)  IF you are an Outlander fan then this tour is for you!

My Trip to Poland

In September I traveled to Poland with my family.    My Mom is Italian and my Dad is Polish.  Of course there are lots of other ethnicity but those are the main two.  I have been to Italy so many times I have lost count.  So I wanted to visit Poland to learn about the culture since I was not raised with any polish food or traditions.  It was a great country to visit.

Parts of Poland like Warsaw have a diverse landscape.  You  walk around and see the communists' buildings (they are obvious) and now you see a fairly modern city in its wake.  The contrast is striking.

We visited Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, & Krakow.  It is hard to say which one I liked the best.  Each had amazing architecture, great food and the people were very friendly.

One of the most interesting places was the Wieliczka Salt Mine.  We were down approximately 147 yards.  There is a chapel and many rooms in the salt mine.  One of the most interesting things is how the Polish people took the very ill with Covid and turned the salt mine into a care facility.  It is the purity of the air that assist folks with respiratory problems.

I was fascinated by the history of the Orange Alternative where they protested against the governments censorship of free speech during 1981 - 1983.

I did visit Aushwitz.  Hard to describe what it is like to be there.  Even harder not to tear up as you walk through the grounds.  I truly thought I knew all there was to know about this tragic time in our worlds history but sadly I was mistaken.

Poland was a fantastic trip.  I loved every city and do recommend a visit.

Our Trip to Tuscany

In April Tours and More Travel was joined by 18 clients and we had the time of our lives!  Visited Lucca, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa.  What was very nice was we were at one hotel the entire time in Montecatini.  Which I fell in love with.

The sights and sounds oh yea and the smells of Italy is all so magical!  I absolutely love going to Italy again and again.

We just came back from Italy's Amalfi Coast!

13 clients and myself enjoyed Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi for a week of great food, gorgeous views and of course delicious wine!

This was my second visit to this area of Italy and it is not my last. Planning my Amalfi Coast trip for 2020 already!

Iceland!

OMG a personal favorite! LOVED every minute of my trip. The landscape, the waterfalls, the advetnures and the FOOD! Definetly a must see for any outdoor enthusiasts. Call to reserve your escorted tour or independent travel today!

MOROCCO!

I visited the Medina - crazy fun! I saw how they made the leather. Gorgeous leather. I ate delicious foods. I slept in the desert. I rode "Charlie" my camel in the sands of the Sarhara! AND I drank a beer while sitting on top of the sand dunes watching the sun set! Awesome trip and amazing experiences!

Chile

Visited Santiago, Valparaiso and two wine regions. BUT for me Valparaiso was my favorite. A city filled with art and a rich history. Pablo Neruda one of the more famous Chilean poets had a home in Valparaiso. The streets of Valparaiso are the canvas. Homes, stores etc are all painted with "street art." Some you can call graffiti but many are purely just magnificent creations of art! Every inch of this city is touched. Valparaiso is called the "little San Francisco" due to its many hills and stairs. What a work out meandering through this city. It was named a UNESCO site in 2003. Filled with a rich history (Notable features include Latin America's oldest stock exchange, the continent's first volunteer fire department, Chile's first public library, and the oldest Spanish language newspaper in continuous publication in the world, El Mercurio de Valparaiso!

Venice is one of the coolest places to visit! It is so unique. I love Venice. The trick to exploring Venice is to not get lost, lol! I once met two women who were on a group tour with me that were lost for four hours...luckily they ran into me and I knew my way around!!!

All my adventures are not overseas in far away lands. We visited Punta Cana...one of the best places to visit for a gorgeous beach stay! All Inclusive resorts line the coast which boasts gorgeous white sandy beaches. Plenty of relaxation to be had.

THE AMALFI COAST IS AMAZING! POSITANO, AMALFI AND RAVELLO - EACH UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL TO VISIT. THIS IS IN RAVELLO - SMALL QUIET TOWN AND VERY CHARMING!

I TOOK 16 CLIENTS (AND SOME FAMILY) TO ITALY APRIL 2017! THIS WAS SOME OF THEM AT THE COLOSSEUM.

THIS IS WHY I LOVE TRAVEL - EVERYONE IS ALWAYS IN AWE OF THEIR SURROUNDINGS AND I LOVE WATCHING PEOPLE REACT TO THAT!!

Believe it or not... this is not Tuscany...it is Melbourne Australia.

Melbourne is a very cool city. Lots of beautiful parks, plenty of things to see/do. This was my visit a little outside the city to a gorgeous vineyard. I visited Australia March 2016 and traveled to Melbourne, Sydney and Port Douglas where I snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef!!! Australia is a very cool place to visit with each area being so different than the other.
